After a longer break than we’d hoped, we are back shipping orders to the United States.

There are some changes. All orders will now be shipped as Parcel Mail, which includes Tracking. Our updated shipping rates & policies can be found on our Ordering and Shipping page.

At this time, Decals are NOT subject to import tariffs under USMCA.

Parts, Mini Kits and Tools are subject to import tariffs of 35% under USMCA.

Any applicable duties (import tariffs) are due at the time of purchase, and will be included in your final check out amount.

Now for the better news, we have some new parts in our product line, and have restocked some old favorites.

Unfortunately, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend all orders to the United States.

While we hope this will be temporary, until we can understand the costs and impacts to our current shipping processes, we can’t incur the risk associated with US orders.

We’re back from a great trip to the Cocoa Beach RPM in sunny Florida, and pleased to launch three new decal sets that we previewed at the show.  We’ve also restocked many detail parts, including (but not limited to) P1 – Tack Boards and Route Card Holders – 3 Board Construction which were recommended for use with the 2025 Cocoa Beach Shake ‘N Take kit.

The Canada Post strike has ended, and we’ve resumed shipping orders; however, with the backlog & upcoming holiday, we continue to expect delays.  Thanks for your patience and continued support.

We’re writing to let you know that as of November 15, 2024, Canada Post workers have initiated a strike mandate and as a result there will be no package or mail deliveries until the strike is resolved.

Here at National Scale Car, we rely on Canada Post & their seamless integration with the United States Postal Service to deliver our products and keep shipping costs low.

Now available, the 2024 Prototype Rails Shake-n-Take Decal set. This set covers the Louisville and Nashville Double Sheathed Ventilator Car.
