Description

This set letters one rebuilt PFE R-30-9 rebuilt reefer with the ‘1948’ UP shield, which is like the 1946 shield except the UP shield is in black & white as opposed to red/white/blue. Until this photo surfaced, we had not even seen evidence that this scheme was used at all. This is the only photo of which we are aware that shows this scheme. Enjoy! HO scale –
