Description

This HO scale set letters up to six cars (in various UP schemes used from building into the 1960s) in the classes B-50-24 and -27 built in 1939-1940 at the UP’s Omaha, Grand Island, and Albina Shops. They were assigned to not only the UP, but also subsidiaries OWR&N and OSL. The lettering is intended to be used on the Trix/Marklin model. Speedwitch also offers a separate resin underframe to accurately model the unique, welded UP underframe used on these cars.
