Description
In 1907 the D&H added 2800 36′ double sheathed boxcars to the roster. This was the largest single purchase of box cars on the railroad. They were placed in the 19500-20899 and 21000-22399 series after rebuilding in the 1920’s and 30’s. The cars were similar in construction but when rebuilt used Hutchins, composite Indestructible and Burnett reinforced ends. This set will letter one car. Includes two of the artwork shown. Intended for the F&C Kits.
